1. Scope of Visual Inspection
Our inspections represent non-invasive, visual examinations of the subject property as it exists at the exact date and time of inspection. Inspections do not constitute architectural warranties, destructive engineering tests, or guarantees against latent or concealed defects.
2. California Business & Professions Code § 7197
In strict accordance with California law (B&P Code Section 7197), 805 Inspectors and Consultants will not perform repair work on any property inspected within the preceding 12 months. Our reports are created solely for evaluation purposes.
3. Formal Pre-Inspection Agreement
Prior to commencement of on-site inspection work, a signed standard California property inspection agreement detailing specific access conditions, limitations, and fee structures is required.
